The foam mattress: the foam mattress is a fine mattress for the kid's bed. The mattress provides good support which contributes to a comfortable sleep.
Cold foam mattress: cold foam is known for its firmness and high comfort. The mattress therefore provides good support while helping to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Our Cold foam mattresses approved according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® (64406 OETI).
ECO Dream mattress: the ECO Dream mattress is one of our hypoallergenic mattresses, which is swan-labelled. The mattress is made of Waterlily® foam, which provides even better comfort than a cold foam mattress. In addition, it has horizontal air channels, which helps to disper body heat and moisture.
Half-high bed with desk
With a junior half-high bed, there are many options for what you can do with the space. You can even get a half-high bed with a desk. Even if the bed doesn't have a built-in desk, you can still get a table to match.
In fact, the Jonas desk fits right under the bed. And as the desk has fitted castors, it can easily be pushed under the bed to create more space in the room and pulled out when needed.
When can you use a half-high bed?
A child can approximately use a half-high bed from the age of 4-5. Some children can use them earlier and others later, so it is very individual when a child can use a half-high bed. It's therefore important that you are the judge of when your child has the right motor skills to climb into bed.
If your child is not completely comfortable sleeping up in bed from the start, you can put the mattress under the bed and start making it cosy, so they get used to the bed.
Half-high bed 200 cm or 160 cm
With a junior half-high bed, you can choose between 2 different lengths: 200 cm or 160 cm.
A half-high bed that is 160 cm is great for small rooms that don't have a lot of space. Because the bed is not so long and then it is raised above the ground, which gives more floor space. In addition, it can be good for children who are not quite ready for the big bed.
The 200 cm half-high bed is the right choice for you if you want to have many options for extending the bed in the future, whether it's a bunk bed for the shared room or a loft bed. With a 200 cm half-high bed, your child can also have the bed for longer, as there is a more room to grow in.
