When do we collect data?
As a general rule, you can access Hoppekids.com without telling us who you are or providing any personal information about yourself. However, Hoppekids.com needs certain personal information to be able to trade with you and deliver newsletters and other services to you. When you use our lifetime warranty registration for your products or purchase curtains through Deco-Designer, you provide personal information such as name, address, email, card information, and other necessary information to fulfill our service.
Hoppekids.com collects and processes information about you when you:

Your personal information is stored and registered when an agreement is made. Hoppekids webshop only collects the personal information that is necessary (e.g. email address or home address) to deliver the requested service to the customer.
Hoppekids.com does not collect personal identifiable information from third parties about customers. Hoppekids.com does not store information about payment methods, such as payment card details, bank account numbers, or similar.

Disclosure of personal data

Hoppekids.com does not disclose personal data to third parties. In the case of lifetime warranty, we may contact the store where the registered product was purchased. With Deco-Designer, your order is sent to the collaborating store or sewing workshop within our organization. However, not all stores offer this service.
Personal information provided on Hoppekids.com is only disclosed to:

• The company's internal departments; or
• Selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information to deliver goods or services that you have ordered.

Hoppekids.com only discloses personal information to others, such as abuse registers, in accordance with applicable law, if the customer in question engages in abuse or fraud against Hoppekids.com.
To develop and improve the Hoppekids website, we collect statistics on how users use the site. The statistics are used solely in aggregate form, for example, to see which pages and browsers our customers use the most.
Hoppekids.com uses Google Analytics to collectvisit statistics and in that connection, discloses IP addresses to Google.
Google may also disclose the information to third parties as required by law or to third parties performing tasks for them. The privacy terms of Google Analytics are accepted when visiting Hoppekids webshop.dk and are available on Google's privacy page
Apart from the above cases, Hoppekids.com does not disclose data about individual customer's use of the services on www.Hoppekids.com

Hoppekids ApS stores your personal information as long as you use our services. We also use and retain your information as necessary to fulfill legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
