Return and Refund Guidelines - Hoppekids Children's Beds and Furniture
We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases from Hoppekids. Below you will find our guidelines for returns and refunds, applicable to all items purchased from our online webshop.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will immediately take action to resolve the issue. We offer the following options:
- We will send replacement parts to replace damaged parts on the item.
- If the item has suffered total damage as a result of delivery, we will send a new item.
- Note that defects caused by unpredictable use of the item may not be covered and may be referred to our product warranty.
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of the delivery date in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

If you wish to receive a refund, we ask you to return the item, regardless of its condition.
We will refund the full amount for the returned item.
Pickup of Larger Products
For larger products such as furniture and beds, we arrange pickup at your address. We will send you a shipping label that needs to be attached to the package before our courier arrives.
Return of Smaller Products
Smaller products such as bed curtains should be returned to one of our recommended parcel shops. We will send a prepaid shipping label together with the package.
Communication and Updates
Communication regarding the return process will be done via email. You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive updates about your return.
Once we have received the returned item at our warehouse, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process the return. A refund will then be issued within 2-3 days.
Return of Free Items
All products can be returned within 14 days, except for items given for free as part of an offer. These items are not eligible for a refund.
Automatic Refund for Undeliverable Delivery
We will not issue a refund for items returned without prior contact. If an item is returned due to delivery issues and cannot be delivered to the address, the refund will be processed automatically.
Discount Coupons or Offers
If you have used a discount coupon or offer at the time of purchase, the applied offer will be deducted from the final refund.
