Requests, orders and delivery
Order and delivery
You send your request using the button “order” in Deco- Designer®. You will receive a confirmation on your e-mail address.
Please be aware that the price shown in Deco- Designer® is recommended retail prices on the products and not actual final price. Cost for delivery and handling might be added in the offer sent to you by the Hoppekids dealer. The offer will also include information on delivery time, method of delivery and other details in regards to your order.
If you choose to accept the offer from the Hoppekids dealer your order will be binding and you renounce your usual right of cancellation, as the product will be tailor made for you.
Up until you have accepted the offer you can cancel your order at any time.
The exact delivery time will stated in the offer you receive from the Hoppekids dealer.
A longer delivery time must be expected as the product is tailor made. We are striving to deliver the goods to your Hoppekids dealer within 4 weeks.
Right of cancellation
Until you have accepted the offer from the Hoppekids dealer you can cancel your order at any time.
Once you accept the offer your order will be binding and you renounce your usual right of cancellation, as the product is tailor made to you.
How to make use of your right of cancellation
You can cancel your request/order by contacting Hoppekids or by not accepting the offer sent to you by the Hoppekids dealer.
Claims – in case of faulty products
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods act. This means you can have faulty items repaired or exchanged or receive a compensation depending on the specific case. Please be aware that any claim made must comply with current law and that the fault in the product must not be due to mistreatment of the product or normal wear and tear. The product must also have been assembled correctly cf. Hoppekids’ assembly manual.
You can make a claim on faulty products within 24 months after the receipt of the products by contacting the dealer you received the products from. Return of any product must happen with prior contact to the dealer, whom will inform you of the procedure for your claim. Please be as specific as possible when describing the faults. Is possible, add detailed pictures as this will speed up the processing time.
