The pull-out bed for the DELUXE bed from Hoppekids is a brilliant pull-out bed because it has both an extra sleeping space and two large, spacious drawers. At the same time, it utilizes the entire height under the bed, so there is no wasted space.

The foam mattress that fits the pull-out bed is a nice mattress for the children's bed. It provides good support and a comfortable night's sleep. The mattress comes with a cover in Granite Grey.

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel mattress in size 90x200x12 cm from Hoppekids is an allergy-friendly mattress for the children's bed, which provides good support and a comfortable night's sleep.

The mattress core is produced in Waterlily® foam. Waterlily® foam is a high-quality product that offers a springy, soft, and comfortable feel, which is even better than cold foam. Waterlily is a durable material that considers safety, health, and environmental aspects throughout the product's lifespan. Waterlily retains its shape, thereby providing lasting comfort properties. The mattress core is flame-retardant without the use of additives.

Ventilation holes throughout the mattress ensure optimal airflow for temperature and moisture regulation. The mattress has a soft and pressure-relieving top layer of Celsius visco elastic foam, which molds to the body for maximum support.

The mattress comes including a mattress cover made of soft bamboo fibers on the outside with incorporated thermould, which directs moisture and heat away from the body.

Delivery of beds is always made to the home address by courier. When you order your bed, a Track & Trace number will always be included so you can follow your order. Our delivery partners will always make sure to contact you before delivery to ensure that you are present to receive the item.

What is the exact delivery date and time?

Due to the beds' long and complicated journey from the factory to the final address, it can be difficult to estimate an exact date and delivery time. Deliveries usually take 5 - 7 business days, with the exception of any public holidays. Our logistics partner will always try to contact you by phone to confirm that you are present to receive your item.

Damage to goods during transport

If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that the goods are always accepted regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.

🧽 Maintenance and manufacturer warranty

Cleaning: Can be washed with a hard wrung cloth and mild soapy water.

All Hoppekids beds come with a minimum 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and a 10-year spare parts warranty. ECO Luxury and DELUXE come with a Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty assumes that the product is assembled correctly according to the assembly instructions, and that all screws and similar have been tightened regularly. The warranty does not cover faults or damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Whether a valid complaint is resolved by replacement or repair is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

We emphasize that natural variations in the wood cannot be considered defects or flaws. Therefore, the warranty does not cover changes in the wood's structure or surface, including visible knots.

Own factory and sewing room

Hoppekids has its own factory, which means that we can control our products and the materials we use ourselves. This means, among other things, that all the wood we use is carefully selected according to a number of criteria regarding quality, irregularities and - of course - that it comes from sustainable forestry.

To minimize waste, we use computers to calculate how the wood should be cut in the best possible way. This means that we have very little waste – and we also use all wood waste to produce energy for production. We have our own sewing room, where our skilled seamstresses create the fine textiles from our worlds. The applications on curtains and other textiles are sewn by hand. We do this because it provides the best quality. At the same time, it is also more fun to touch for a curious child who is in the process of developing their senses.

Compact shipping

All furniture that is shipped is "self-assembly." The furniture is packed in such a way that we ensure as little air as possible in the package, while also making sure that it arrives intact and undamaged. This is much more environmentally friendly, because we avoid transporting unnecessary air.
