Delivery of beds always takes place to the home address with a courier. When you order your bed, there will always be a Track & Trace number included where you can track your order. Our delivery partners will always ensure to contact you before delivery to make sure you are present to receive the item.

What is the exact delivery date and time?

Due to the long and complicated journey of the beds from the factory to the final address, it can be difficult to estimate an exact date and delivery time. Deliveries usually take 5 - 7 working days, except for any public holidays. Our logistics partner will always try to contact you by phone to confirm that you are present to receive your item.

Damage to goods during transport

If the goods have been damaged during transport, our recommendation is to always accept the goods regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no additional cost.

Is the delivery really free?

Delivery is free of charge to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway*, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland*, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom*, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Austria.

*If you order from a non-EU country, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway, we have ensured that customs have already been cleared for you. No extra fees.

Blend the series is not modular, meaning it cannot be converted into other bed types.

If you want a modular bed, we recommend that you take a look at our ECO Dream or ECO Luxury series.

Cleaning: Can be washed with a hard wrung cloth and mild soapy water.

All Hoppekids beds come with a minimum 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and a 10-year spare parts warranty. ECO Luxury and DELUXE come with a Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty assumes that the product is assembled correctly according to the assembly instructions, and that all screws and similar have been tightened regularly. The warranty does not cover faults or damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Whether a valid complaint is resolved by replacement or repair is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

We emphasize that natural variations in the wood cannot be considered defects or flaws. Therefore, the warranty does not cover changes in the wood's structure or surface, including visible knots.

For the Blend series, we recommend our ECO Luxury mattress, which is calibrated with the correct dimensions to fit perfectly with this series.
