Delivery of beds is always made to the home address by courier. When you order your bed, a Track & Trace number will always be included so you can follow your order. Our delivery partners will always make sure to contact you before delivery to ensure that you are present to receive the item.
What is the exact delivery date and time?
Due to the beds' long and complicated journey from the factory to the final address, it can be difficult to estimate an exact date and delivery time. Deliveries usually take 5 - 7 business days, with the exception of any public holidays. Our logistics partner will always try to contact you by phone to confirm that you are present to receive your item.
Damage to goods during transport
If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that the goods are always accepted regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.
