Guidelines for Returns and Refunds – Hoppekids Children's Beds and Children's Furniture

At Hoppekids, we want you to feel safe and satisfied with your purchases from us. We place great importance on quality and customer service, and we will always do our best to ensure that you have a good experience – even if you wish to return an item.



Defective or damaged goods

If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We handle it quickly and offer the following solutions:

  • We send necessary spare parts free of charge

  • If the item is completely damaged upon delivery, we send a replacement item

  • However, defects caused by inappropriate use are not covered and may be referred to our product warranty



Right of withdrawal – your right as a consumer

You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days, from the day you – or someone you have appointed – received the item. This applies to all goods purchased online from us.

If you wish to cancel, you must send us a clear message about it, for example via email to info@hoppekids.com. You do not need to use specific wording, but we also offer a voluntary standard cancellation form at the bottom of this policy.



How the return process works

Once you have given notice, we help you return the item in the easiest possible way:

  • Larger products (such as furniture and beds): We arrange collection from you and send you a shipping label

  • Smaller products (such as textiles and accessories): We send you a prepaid return label for a parcel shop

Please return the item no later than 14 days after your notice of cancellation.



Refunds and processing time

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used.
The processing time is normally 7–10 business days from receipt. The refund then typically takes place within 2–3 days.

If you have used discount codes or participated in campaigns, any values from these will be deducted from the refund. Items received as a free gift in connection with offers cannot be returned or refunded.



About the condition of the item and depreciation

You may of course unpack the item and examine it – just as in a physical store. If the item has been used, assembled, or treated in a way that means it can no longer be sold as new, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund, corresponding to the depreciation.

You are only liable for this possible depreciation, and we always assess fairly and specifically.



If the item cannot be delivered or returned without contact

If an item is returned automatically due to non-delivery (e.g. not collected), we will automatically refund the amount when we have received it back.
However, we recommend that you always contact us first – then we will ensure the best solution for you.

How to return an item

1. Go to this page, and fill out the form.
2. Enter your order information.
3. Select which items it concerns.
4. Once you have filled in the information and confirmed, our customer service will review your request and you will hear from us within a couple of business days. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
5. If your return request is approved, you will receive a link with the option to order a return label for drop-off at a parcel shop within 14 days from confirmation.
