Delivery Policy for Hoppekids Children's Beds and Children's Furniture

We offer delivery within the EU to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Additionally, we also deliver to United Kingdom and Iceland. For delivery to a non-mainland island within the aforementioned countries, we reserve the right to cancel the order if the delivery costs prove to be extravagant. We do not take payment until the item is shipped. Hoppekids is responsible for handling any applicable customs duties associated with the delivery of the ordered item.
All of our products are delivered free of charge.
Expected Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your goods within 7-10 working days. To allow you to closely track your shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number on the next business day so that you can get updated information on the shipment status and expected delivery date.
Your order will be carefully processed, and we will strive to dispatch the complete order as quickly as possible. If there are products expected to be in stock at a later date, we will contact you to arrange further delivery.
We collaborate with reliable suppliers such as Post Nord, BFT, TNT, and GLS to ensure a reliable delivery to your address. All shipments have a tracking number that can be tracked online.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Damages during Shipment
If there are damages to the product during shipment, we would be happy to send replacement parts or replace the product if it is completely damaged.
To ensure receipt of your order, we require a signature upon delivery. If the item is signed for, it is considered received. If you believe that the item has not been received even though it has been signed for, you have the option to fill out a declaration.
Change of Delivery Address
If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your change requests.
