Welcome to Hoppekids ApS and our webshop. Before using our webshop or making a purchase, please read and understand our Terms of Use below. By using our webshop or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Our Terms of Use establish rules and conditions for the use of our webshop, including ordering and payment.

These terms apply to all visitors of our webshop as well as customers placing orders.

These terms are accepted by using our webshop and by placing orders.

User registration is not necessary to use our webshop.

6. User Conduct

Abuse or attempt to use false or stolen credit card information will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspicion of illegal transactions.

7. Content

All content on our webshop is owned by Hoppekids. By submitting product or service reviews, you consent to Hoppekids displaying and highlighting them on our webshop.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the webshop include VAT. Payment is made with payment cards.

9. Orders and Delivery

Orders are handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of shipping the ordered items. Customer information such as name, address, and phone number is shared with delivery partners. Stock status is regularly updated, and in case of out-of-stock items, we reserve the right to inform about extended delivery time.

10. Warranty

Warranty and warranty terms are referred to our product warranty.

11. Protection of Personal Information

Personal information is only used for the delivery of ordered items.

12. Disclaimer

Hoppekids is not liable for the durability or safety of the product if the product is used in ways that contradict our guidelines and recommendations. We cannot be held responsible for security breaches resulting from hacker attacks or similar situations.

13. Disputes

Disputes between customers and Hoppekids are individually resolved through our email, info@hoppekids.com. Hoppekids reserves the right to settle any dispute in the company's interest.

14. Updating of Terms

The terms may be updated periodically but are effective at the time of purchase. It is recommended to review the terms before each purchase for any changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be constructed in accordance with Danish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including disputes regarding their validity, interpretation, or enforcement, shall be resolved by the Danish courts with the City Court of Odense as the initial venue.
