STOREY is the flexible shelving system from Hoppekids. The system is built in sections, so you can completely decide the length of your system, which accessories you want, and how it all should be put together. The large selection of accessories for STOREY gives you great flexibility, allowing you to tailor the system to your home. It also means that STOREY can be a true companion throughout all stages of life.

The lifetime warranty is your assurance and guarantee that the product you purchase is made with great care and with a focus on safety and durability.
About the lifetime warranty
- Your product must be registered with Hoppekids within three months of the purchase date.
- If the normal warranty is still valid, you must contact the store where you purchased the bed.

Terms for the lifetime warranty on the ECO Luxury series and STOREY
Which products are covered by the warranty?
All products that are part of the ECO Luxury bed series or the STOREY series are covered by the warranty, including accessories such as shelves, slides, ladders, and Bed rails. See all products covered by the warranty here. Textiles, mattresses - including the ECO Luxury mattress and other products that are not part of the ECO Luxury bed series or STOREY series, are not covered by the warranty. The lifetime warranty applies to products purchased after May 1, 2017, and that have been registered with us within three months of the purchase. Remember that you must include a valid proof of purchase when registering the lifetime warranty.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty assumes that the product has been assembled correctly according to the assembly instructions and that screws and similar have been checked regularly. The lifetime warranty does not cover: defects and shortcomings that have arisen due to improper use or normal wear on the product, or changes in wood structure and surfaces, including knot extraction. The lifetime warranty is personal and cannot be transferred and only applies to a new product purchased from a sales outlet authorized by Hoppekids.
