Beds are always delivered to your home address by courier. When you order your bed, a Track & Trace number will always be included, allowing you to track your order. Our delivery partners will always contact you before delivery to ensure that you are present to receive the item.

What is the exact delivery date and time?

Due to the beds' long and complicated journey from the factory to the final address, it can be difficult to estimate an exact date and delivery time. Deliveries usually take 5 - 7 working days, except for any public holidays. Our logistics partner will always try to contact you by phone to confirm that you are present to receive your item.

Damage to goods during transport

If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you always accept the goods regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.

Is delivery really free?

Delivery is free of charge to the following countries:

*If you order from a non-EU country, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, we have ensured that customs duties have already been taken care of for you. No extra fees.

ECO Dream Toddler bed forms the basis for all other modular beds in the ECO Dream range. This means that it can easily be converted into, for example, a mid sleeper bed, and that the bed can always grow with your child's needs. Conversion options depend on colour and size.

Note: Jumbo Sengen cannot be converted into other bed types.

With the purchase of a module, the coloured models can be converted into: Mid sleeper bed.

Cleaning: Can be cleaned with a tightly wrung cloth and mild soapy water.

All Hoppekids beds come with a minimum 10-year manufacturer warranty and a 10-year spare parts warranty. ECO Luxury and DELUXE come with a Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty requires that the product is assembled correctly according to the assembly instructions and that all screws and similar fittings are tightened regularly. The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling, improper use or normal wear and tear.

Whether a valid claim is resolved by replacement or repair is solely at the manufacturer's discretion.

We emphasise that natural variations in the wood cannot be considered faults or defects. Therefore, the warranty does not cover changes in the structure or surface of the wood, including visible knots.
